I offer flexible payment options. Depending on the nature and circumstances of the case, we could agree on a model based on a flat fee or one based on an hourly-rate.

• The “flat fee” model is popular, particularly among those who wish to know “up front” the total amount for their case.
• The “hourly rate” model is less popular but is available for those who want to know how much time was spent on their case. These people tend to be somewhat comfortable with uncertainty over how much representation will ultimately cost.
• Both flat fees and hourly rates can be paid in installments over the course of representation.

A virtual presence enhances efficiency and promotes communication. My “office hours” are flexible, and I use email, phone, video conferencing, and in-person appointments–depending on the client’s preferences and circumstances.
